I am not a professional organizer, but those mixed containers of items at the bottom I would move to eye level so easier to look through, and put things that are very easy to grab - potentially the pastas on the lower shelf. You can see them when you are after them. For the paper plates, of which there are several types, perhaps a horizontally organized plate holder would make them easier to use. If they are rarely used, I can see them stay where they are.
It is much better, but there are a lot of items no longer visable.
