While posting or commenting, click the image icon within the message box and you can upload an image from your device.
How do I add a hyperlink?
- To add a hyperlink, highlight the desired text with your cursor and click the link icon that appears within the pop-up box.
- Then, add your URL into the URL field, and click "enter". You're all set!
How do I add a profile picture?
1.Click your Profile Image/Avatar on the top right of the screen
2. Click Account & Privacy Settings within the drop-down navigation.
3. On the right-hand side, under Account & Privacy Settings, click Change my Profile Picture.
4. On the Picture page, you can either select a new Avatar from the options, or below that, you can select your own profile image by clicking Choose File.
5. Once you select your image, click Save Avatar at the bottom of the screen, and you're all set!
How do I update my notifications?
1.Click your Profile Image/Avatar on the top right of the screen.
2. Click Account & Privacy Settings within the drop-down navigation.
3. Click Notification Preferences in the right-hand list.
4. On the Notification Preferences page, you can check or uncheck boxes based on how you’d like to be notified. A pop-up within the community is represented by the bell icon, and an email is represented by the envelope icons.
How do I change my username?
If you'd like to change your username, please visit your account on Apartment Therapy by navigating to https://www.apartmenttherapy.com/account/settings. From there, you can view your Username and make any adjustments you desire, and then click Save.
How do I make a good post or discussion?
- Post a photo of a space in your home that you need help with or just want to get advice on.
- Show off your favorite part of your home or show an item that you’ve been eyeing for a long time!
- Give others some love — mentioning others is the best way to keep the conversation going and interact with users! Don’t forget to be nice and remember that we are all real people sharing our real homes. Have fun!
