Hey Y’all from Nashville! After 40 years of marriage, I’m divorced and just rented my very own townhouse. I’m so excited for this new adventure and glad to have found this site! Any advice on helping this 61 year old single lady decorate in a farmhouse style will be appreciated!

I'd start off by asking yourself how you want to feel in your home. Each area can have a different feeling, too! For example, if you like to cook a lot and host friends at home, maybe you want the kitchen/dining area to feel welcoming and inspiring. Your color palette and decorating decisions can support how you want to feel in those spaces. If you'd like, share some photos in our Design Questions board and we can all weigh in with some specific advice!
