Hi!
I need advise and ideas on how to better divide two rooms to get 3 bedrooms.
I have 3 kids, 1 teen daughter (12), and 2 young boys (7 and 8), and about to move to a smaller home.
I 'd like to get two separated private spaces, one for me (parent), and one for my teen daughter. The boys are young and can have a less private room next to me.
I have some ideas on how to divide the two existing spaces in four distinct spaces, and keeping a small level of privacy, as well as maintaining the circulation and respecting the existing windows.
The big room
For the big room I was thinking on using drywall to split from the west wall door to the east window, and leave room for a sliding door against the two panels window. So to be able to "open" my room door to allow room to open the window if I want fresh air.
The space to the north, with the corner wardrobe and the two original room doors, will still have a half window on the east, and I can put a bunk bed in the corner of north and east wall. My expectation is to have a semi private space just for sleet for my boys. I can always close both doors as I will be the only one expected to enter the space to reach my own room on the far south.
The Break Room
For the breakroom, I want to get a space for my teen daughter, with it own sliding door.
There is enough space to put a single bed, some shelf, a floating desk and a chair, and a small dresser. The rest of the divided break-room I need to keep as an aisle, to go from the rooms on the front of the house, to the back door. The back door is all windows, so that will let in some natural light too to this aisle. I believe there is enough space to make it work.
Foor plan
Here is a rough foor plan for the two rooms in question. Top is North, Right is East, bottom is South, and Left is West. I marked in red the intended drywall dividers.

I atttached a zip with before photos of both rooms, a rught foor plan with dimensions, and some scenes I made for the decoration of the rooms as proof of concept.
Any advice will be most welcome. Thanks in advance!!
