Worth the cost...tiny rowhouse bathroom reno
Hello! We live in a rowhouse that is on the smaller side. We have one full bath. I've been considering removing the tub for a glass enclosure but then I started thinking how this space might be configured to give us a tiny bit more room. Given how how small it is not sure there is anything that will help. Pictures of existing bathroom and a sketch of a new configuration.
Thanks in advance!

Save your money and avoid a reconfiguration. Even a glass wall shower will be in your face when you walk in. And you'd have to sidle between the vanity and shower to get to the toilet. You might swap out the mirror cabinet with one a few inches bigger than this one.

if you don’t have another bathtub in your house, it isn’t wise to do this, as over 80% of people will not consider a home without a bathroom.

I agree on keeping the tub and avoiding all of the work of moving plumbing. What’s your biggest need when looking for more space? That may help steer you in the right direction.
If it’s more counter space around the sink, maybe swapping the ikea sink for another vanity could be worthwhile to you. You also could investigate a bigger medicine cabinet or even a nook on the wall (if you can alter walls) next to the sink to serve as an extra shelf.1 -
It seems like the wall opposite the vanity could hold the hand towel rack, and then you could buy a wall mounted tall cabinet for above the toilet for more storage. Wayfair and IKEA both have good ones. Put an open shelf between the toilet and new cabinet for nice looking toiletries.

How hard is it to wall paper on wall in my bedroom? I've never done wallpaper before.
