Such an amazing list of recs! This is a great place to start @Wencal — especially as you decide what style direction you want to go with. I have always been a fan of outdoor showers that blend into the space, like the secret garden one. I've also seen one attached to a coconut tree for a beachfront property in Hawaii. It blended right in and made washing off sand after coming from the beach so easy.
