I got this painting in Turkiye recently; it's a thick paper painted with paint. The sizing is fairly odd so it's not possible to buy a pre-made frame for it. A custom frame really isn't in the budget. I attempted to hang it with sticky tack but it's too heavy and fell down within a few days. I also tried a wooden hanger frame but it covered too much of the painting and the paper was too thick.
My next plan is to try hanging it up by just nailing it to the wall even though that will damage the painting.
I'd love to hear other's thoughts and ideas!
