Does anyone have an IKEA SALTSJÖBADEN?

Hey everyone. I recently bought a new SALTSJÖBADEN sofa from IKEA and put it together, but the back and armrests aren't lining up. I went to the local IKEA and found their floor model and am seeing the same thing. I was wondering if this is normal? I complained about it but they told me they talked to corporate and was told that it's not a manufacturing flaw and it's suppose to look like this. I just find it really hard to believe.

@user4544642 that definitely looks weird and when I look at the site it is definitely not intended - as you can see in their 3D model.. The video is hard to see.

BUT Ikea is famously uniform, so if it's happening with you, it's probably happening with every single sofa like this and should definitely be flagged.

I'm going to email someone I know there right now and see what they say. :).

Thank you so much! For the record I asked my sister who lives in another state across the country if she could check the floor model at her IKEA and unfortunately their model also looks like this so I was losing hope. I'm real curious what your contact says.
