I've seen so many DIYers recommend Rub 'N Buff but I was always nervous to try. I finally did and I am so happy I dove in! It was way easier to use than I expected and dried so quickly.

I went with the European Gold finish. Only prep was cleaning the mirror (making sure there was no dust), and I used a cheap makeup brush to apply.

If you're wanting to try that Rub 'N Buff project, this is your sign to go for it!

The before was sort of a dark cooper color.

I totally get it! It took me so long to finally use it, but so glad I did. Go for it!! A little bit goes a looong way. I still have a full tube pretty much!

That looks amazing! I love how the European Gold finish gives it such an elegant, vintage feel. It really brightens up the frame while still keeping that classic charm.
