Accent Chair Recommendations for Small Living Room

Would love some help finding a great accent chair for our space :). We have been looking into something like these: https://www.polyandbark.com/products/verity-lounge-chair?variant=20160660373577 or https://www.polyandbark.com/products/rowan-lounge-chair?variant=20160655917129 . But would love extra ideas to complete the living room :D

Great choices so far! I've actually used both for a project before and can confirm they're very comfortable. The green one would look great in your space and pop against the creamy neutrals. Do you have a coffee table or other furniture that's going into this room? That might influence the type of chairs you get, but happy to give suggestions once I hear more about the rest of your room plan!

Your space has such a clean, cozy vibe already! A warm-toned accent chair would be a great way to add contrast and depth. A mid-century modern lounge chair in distressed leather or a deep green velvet would bring in some richness while keeping things stylish.

If you want something a bit softer, a curved or bouclé accent chair could complement your sectional beautifully while keeping the space feeling airy. A wood-framed or woven accent chair would also add some nice texture without overwhelming the room.

Since the space is small, I’d go for something slightly more compact but with a sculptural shape to make a statement without taking up too much room.

Your room looks like a clean slate now — gray/white/neutral, contemporary and squarish, minimal pattern. Honestly, you could put almost anything in there as an accent chair, and it would look great and provide contrast! Consider the scale of the chair — it should be on the small side, I think, not so big or wide that it crowds the room. Almost any color or material (wood, metal, rattan, lucite) or style (mid-century modern, Victorian, industrial, country) would pop because it would be different from the rest of the room. I personally would go straight to an antique or vintage furniture place or flea market and try to find something unique, preferably with curves (because all your furniture is squarish), wood (because I love wood), and color or pattern. I think an older piece gives a room soul. But that's just my taste.
