help changing dining chandalier and centered , balcony refresh

florida 1980s condo needs a refresh

starting with smaller projects like changing hanging lamp and have centered

as well as doing something with balcony.. plz help

    Do you like the lamp style, or you want something completely different?

    For the balcony you could paint the walls, add some art, add an outdoor rug. Are you keep the furniture, or you would like to change it?
