New Desk Chair!

I just got my desk chair back from the upholsterer, and it was worth every penny to have a scrap of fabric I found at a sample sale turn something store bought into a custom piece! What do you all think? This isn't the exact spot where it's going to go, but it's the room. I couldn't believe how well this House of Hackney fabric ties together the wall color and my curtains!

@Hollis It’s a Jonathan Adler chair. I got it on major sale and with a gift card! The top is what drew me to it. I’d first considered it for my dining chairs, but six would be way out of the budget — even at 30 percent off!

Wow, this turned out beautifully! there’s something so satisfying about taking a store-bought piece and making it truly your own. The fabric feels like it was meant for this space the way it picks up on the wall and curtain tones is perfection. The shape of the chair itself is so fun and unique, and the new upholstery gives it such a refined, custom feel. Can’t wait to see where it officially lands in the room!
