first time using peel-and-stick on cabinetry and it went surprisingly better than expected! I want to try tackling the beveled-edges next, but happy with the progress so far. Does anyone have any favorite peel-and-stick brands they'd recommend?
Excuse me, why haven't we seen this as a before and after post or house tour on AT yet?!?!
this looks amazing! I've always wanted to try peel-and-stick paper on cabinets. was this a super hard project @Rachel? 😊
it was so much easier than I thought it would be, and it's held up against messes and water pretty well too!
@AdrienneBreaux we have! @Rachel wrote it up earlier this year 😍
Truly magical! Way to go, Rachel!
Wow @Rachel I love this! Especially love the art on the fridge — super creative!
Wow, Rachel! What an instant improvement. Love the modern update and feel. Okay, now I want to try peel and stick on my cabinets too!
@Rachel did you do peel and stick tile, too?
SUCH a huge difference @Rachel! Yes, what's the brand of peel & stick you used? Maybe I should try the same thing?
i think this was the little thing in this makeover that i was most delighted by!
This is incredible! It makes such a huge impact on the space.
I had to do a double take! This is so good! I've never done them on cabinets but I did try it once on my faux wood kitchen backsplash. I used a brand called Smart Tiles, highly recommend!
Looks fabulous Rachel.. My cabinets are same style including vanity. This I might give the vanity a try
obsessed with the pink!!
Rachel, that looks amazing! I love the black accents! What a fantastic transformation! Are you also planning to cover the white subway tile? If so, wholeheartedly support that decision! I think a backsplash pattern with curved line or round shapes would nicely contrast all of the rectilinear forms.
I totally agree! The subway tile came with this apartment, and I would love something with more subtle grout lines. I'll definitely check out smart tiles! ^^
I was amazed at the selection at, of all places, DOLLAR TREE! Check out their Wallpaper selection. Peel and stick single sheets of wallpaper with a good variety of patterns. Amazing!
This is a hot tip! I had no idea Dollar Tree had wallpaper 😮
How did you do your floor it's amazing
Wow, what a transformation! 🎉 You’ve done such a clever job of giving your rental kitchen a bold, stylish upgrade it looks so much more modern and personalized. The black peel-and-stick on the cabinets paired with the open shelving and decorative touches makes the space feel curated and charming.
Love how you’ve embraced the power of peel-and-stick it really shows how much personality you can add without a full reno. Can’t wait to see how the beveled edges turn out!
@Rachel share your tips!! 🤩
LOVE THIS! I'll have to do the same on my new rental. Tedious cabinetry! Have a look on Etsy, they have many options/vendors.
