Finally knocked a few home projects off the list this weekend

My wedding is coming up next weekend, and while almost all of the T's and I's are crossed and dotted there, I still needed somewhere to put my anxious energy — so we finally 1) installed an IKEA lamp that has been sitting on our dining room table for months, 2) installed a magnetic knife block, finally clearing counter space, and 3) deep cleaned the fridge. I also scrubbed the baseboards but that's not as fun of a photo!
What did you all get done this weekend? Am I the only one who went into a cleaning frenzy?
And yes - that's Metal Gear Solid 5 on the TV screen…!

Wow @LizzyFrancis , you've got so much done!!! You've inspired me to do some cleaning/decluttering as well. I'm going to spend this weekend breaking down and shredding cardboard boxes to recycle. There's a lot!

Ahhh happy almost wedding weekend! I'm so impressed that you're doing house projects leading up to your wedding haha. I went into full hibernation/relaxation mode beforehand to channel some zen. The donut lamp looks fab, and how cute is the color palette of your knife set?!
