Sofa that will hold up to animals?

We'll be sharing our new space with our grown daughter who has a large, short-haired dog and one long-haired cat. Any ideas on types of sofa or sofa covers that will hold up to heavy use and lots of hair?

Hi @AKpainter5 — Check out this previous thread for some solid recommendations! I also have this roller that is great for removing pet hair from sofas, chairs, etc. I have a Basset Hound that sheds A LOT. Best of luck!!

hi @AKpainter5! that's so exciting that you're sharing your home with your daughter (and her two furry friends!). tight weaves, leather, and outdoor fabrics are the best materials to look for when sharing a couch with a pet. the article that I linked also shares some fabrics to avoid!
