the number one rule in my home: no, absolutely no!, use of the overhead lights. the bulbs are these LED lights that make the rooms feel like a laboratory. instead, i've hung two IKEA REGOLIT / HEMMA lamps in my living room and dining area. i took the rule so seriously that i even taped a photo over one of the light switches 🤣
