TV too high

We live in a tiny 42 sq meter rental in Italy. Our kitchen and living room is one open space. The landlord put in this huge TV very high because outlet and hook ups are also very high. How can we fix this and not make TV the focus point of the space.

Presuming you are permitted to move the tv since you are asking advice. Could you move to the wall where the picture is? Cables could be run from the outlets up the corner to left of tv and across at ceiling height. There are raceways(usually white) to conceal wires and cables. Your walls look white so you likely wouldn’t need to paint the raceways. They will of course be visible but not terribly intrusive.
