What to do with this hallway?

Hello,

I need to decorate this hallway. I have these 24inch canvases to put but don't know what else to put with it or where because all 3 don't fit on 1 wall. The hallway is narrow and I have a 4year old so I am not interested in any shelfs or hooks. I need budget friendly suggestions as well. Please help.

Love this! What if you used your artwork as inspiration for the hallway color instead of using it directly here? Is there any other place you can put the set? Asking because it might make more of an impact elsewhere if you can't fit all three together. What rooms are just outside the hallway? For starters, a bold hallway runner would look great here! I'd also change the ceiling light fixture. Have you heard of Tulip before? They're renter-friendly shades that you place over your ceiling fixture. I love them!

I have no idea what to do with this hallway. The entry ways are to the kitchen, bathroom and bedrooms.

Since all three canvases won't fit together, try putting two on the main wall and the third on the opposite side to balance the weight.

To keep it kid-friendly and budget-conscious, just stick to "flat" decor. A low-profile Moroccan runner from berber creations —would ground the space without being a trip hazard. If the walls still feel a bit empty, some simple peel-and-stick decals are a cheap way to add interest without needing any dangerous shelves or hooks.

The canvases look too large to fit side-by-side here, so based on that, the best solution is to stack them vertically on the longest wall or place one at the very end to create a focal point. To keep the hallway safe for your 4-year-old and budget-friendly, I’d suggest skipping shelves and instead adding a washable patterned runner rug to protect the floors. You could also paint just the back wall a bold color or use flat vinyl decals for decoration, and simply swapping the lightbulb for a warm LED will instantly make the narrow space feel cozier.

why not just put a piece of art on each wall down the hallway. I have a hall like this and short but I have two prints on the longest wall and a basket (grapevine)of dried florals across from the art to balance the wall.

Further down I have one print which compliments the larger art to carry the color all the way down.

The basket of florals would look great (like a flat sided to hug your wall)

I love the abstract and the colors to brighten the wall. I do agree with a runner and maybe a new light, I even had that exact light and changed out:)

If shelves, you could do higher style like up high enough to not interfere for height. My neighbor put her shelves up closer to her ceiling for her antique display, which looks ok.

I like just art, runner and light and I think it would pop !

I love the art work as a jumping off point! I think everyone has the right idea with the runner. Find something that complements the art work. And then what about painting a faux chair rail in one of the tones from the art work? And then there are so may fun flush mounts these days to replace the boob light. Joss & Main has a lot of budget friendly options.
