Hi - Im judyjudyjudy from Ontario, Canada. I live in a heritage home, that was my parents since I was two. Enviromentalism is important to me., and I enjoy gardening as much as I do cooking and entertaining family and friends. I am a long time fan of Apartment Therapy - I am trying to find the comments (that I previously greatly enjoyed), but am having trouble finding them. I am not technically strong at all, though.

As for the comments, we temporarily moved conversations to our community forum to ensure they stayed supportive and welcoming, but we'll soon be bringing them back to the site (for House Tours and Before & Afters in particular), with thoughtful moderation to keep the vibe kind and constructive. OMG! I just got a late start and today I organized under my kitchen sink with a new organizer that I just got from Amazon. I can't believe how psyched I am from just accomplishing one little thing! This site is fantastic and I'm getting all kinds of good advice. My name is Barrie and my husband and I raise Scottish Highland cattle in TN.

jumping in a little late but finally getting started. I decluttered my dining room table which doubles as my work table. It is buried with paper and everything else. I actually got to decorate with my winter theme linens, centerpiece and sit at the table to enjoy my meal!

Good afternoon, My name is Renee and I live in N. Central Mass. 45 yrs. of very happy marriage and we are now empty nesters. I'm currently taking two on line classes, one for ADHD and one for decluttering so this group fits right in!! I want to rid my home of extra stuff so I'll feel free to do some artistic endeavors. I have some furniture pieces I'd like to re-do and I'm about to tackle a spare/prayer room to clear it out and redress it. Did I mention that I love to decorate? I also like to throw tea parties for my girlfriends and putter in the garden and read. OMGosh….I HAVE TO….ABSOLUTELY HAVE TO give away some books. 😃😜🙃😝😮 As one lady said, "I want to turn the 'OMGosh , what a mess!' into 'OMGosh, this is beautiful!!'"

Lulu here. I live in 171 year old farmhouse in SE Pennsylvania with my Husband, 2 cats and a dog. I love reading design and cook books, and have always liked thrifting, flea markets. junk stores, etc. This site has given me some great ideas and I love lurking and checking out how other folks live.

Hi Lulu! I'm so happy to hear that you've snagged some ideas from here, and it always makes my day when someone comes in to introduce themselves, so thank you! Not sure if you're near Bucks County, but I've found the best antique shops and thrift stores there. What a treasure trove!

Thank you! I recently discovered your community for myself — it’s a very comfortable and welcoming place. I recently rewatched the first part of Dune. This time, I had learned a bit more about the lore of that world, and it made the viewing much more interesting.
