Hey @user9346888! Which Before & After are you referencing? If you provide a few extra details, I'll find the photos to include here for everyone to chime in
the cabinets were stark white and were repainted a warm white. the stove was replaced with a large gas range, which became the focal point. The microwave was not visible. Maybe it was replaced with a microwave drawer?
Found it! That range is hard to miss 😍 The microwave is probably hidden somewhere behind the cabinets
