Is the radiator inside the shower? It looks that way in the picture.
Lots of lovely touches and so great to see so much creativity on display. The dead head and that one painting make for a terrifying tableau though.

Fabric enveloping a light fixture with the elevated chance of overheating /singeing / burning is never a good idea from a fire safety perspective. Better make sure the rental insurance is fully paid and the neighbors have insurance too.
