Curiosity about "take the tour" and swipe function

I read this site with an iPad Pro and updated Chrome and safari. I can navigate any site without any problems. But here, when I open "Take the Tour," I see total chaos: photos overlapping, swiping doesn't work, and text appears behind photos instead of in front. Is this normal? I find it really annoying. Does anyone know how to fix this? Thanks!

thank you. I wrote but they NEVER answer. Years ago I wrote them for a tech trouble they had, suggesting how to fix it. They didn’t answer, but fixed it. this time: no answer + no fixing.

I started following other sites I can easily navigate and where owners are POLITE and interested in their readers’ experience.
