Paper Clutter

I tackled 2 big piles of papers that found their way into the bedroom… it was shocking! Flyers from 2023! Printouts of schedules of activities! Old receipts not needed for warranty or taxes! And lots of 'lost' important papers! All the recyclable is in bin to go out and the shredding is on the shredder to shred. It does not look like much but it is so motivating!!

I had a 50 Litre tub of paperwork to sort through, that had been sitting for quite a long time due to being a dump from drawers when I ran out of time during a move to sort it. Bonus side of having it there for so long - none of it was needed for financial records because it was so old. But did sort into straight to rubbish, to shred (possible sensitive/identity related info) and a really tiny handful to keep.

We had a shredder, but it really didn't last long despite following maintenance and care instructions. Our Officeworks has secure shredding services for about $35 for an archive box worth of documents. But when I got there, the 2 secure bins they had onsite were full, so I have to go back later.
