Gorgeous space, @yelena0415! What's the rest of your home feel like? What do you want this bathroom to feel like? Does your existing wall color match up to your desired feelings? I would personally have some fun playing with the color here—maybe the vanity, the walls, and swapping out some of the lighting. Would love to hear more about your goals for the space to give more specific feedback!
You have a great space to work with! The floor is beautiful but probably a bit cold. I would add one large-scale Ruggable-type rug in the center rather than a bunch of small rugs. Consider changing out the light fixtures and cabinet hardware. Perhaps you could add frames around the mirrors and some fabric Roman shades to bring in color and softness. Add a vanity bench in a color that coordinates with the window treatments and rug.
Agree on the large rug and the vanity bench. I'd also load this up with plants that like bathrooms (not all plants do.) The biggest change I'd recommend, though, is getting rid of that beige. It sucks the life out of any color you put next to it. My own preference is a bright, warm white and then saving the color for things like the rug, the towels, the wall hangings, the accessories, but that's up to you.
Changing the light fixtures, paint it another color, art on the walls and a nice antique wood bench on the right, or sth wicker for texture, cause there's too much wood. A beautiful vintage rug also? Beautiful space, has lots of decor potential!
Ooh, I would have so much fun decorating this space @yelena0415! I couldn't help myself and mocked up several possibilities.
Since you're working with what you have, I used the Pink/Mauve/light red on your floor as a jumping off point to come up with some concepts: Feminine, vintage, funky eclectic, and even threw in some wallpaper options. Your room is so bright and big, It's perfect for color drenching (I used the Benjamin Moore Personal Color viewer). Sorry for the rough mockups, in one I had to remove a coffee table from the rug image so it looks like it's torn but just wanted to use it to give you the idea.
I agree with @DanielaAraya that you really need to start with asking yourself several questions: What do I like in the room? What do I not like about the room? (bring attention to what you like and downplay what you don't) How do you want to feel in the room? What is the general style of the rest of your home? The answers should be the filter you use to make any changes.
Other tips I would give would be to change the hardware on the cabinets to update them a bit, add wood frames to the mirrors, and Roman shades to the windows. Hope this helps a bit.
These are so FUN! You rock for creating these visuals!
Thank you @DanielaAraya! I went down the rabbit hole but enjoyed it. I think more people should look at an existing space and see how they can update it with decor as opposed to ripping everything out. 🙂
