Well, I'd start by determining what's not aesthetically working for you anymore! Are you looking for something with more of a color pop? Are you just sick of the existing fabric? You can always get it reupholstered or get a custom couch cover (I like Comfort Works for covers). If you want to start small, maybe try layering throw blankets or pillows to change the feel of it
