What's up was th this? I've tried three different days to find the corresponding discussion with what was featured that day. All I see are old topics/discussion threads.
Hi @sargemarge8742 — I'm sorry you're having trouble finding what you're looking for! Depending on whether you're looking at a House Tour or Before & After, you'll want to navigate to the discussion category (which can be found in the top navigation or on the right sidebar). If you don't see a dedicated thread for the story you're looking to comment on, then that means you are the first to comment on the home. For now, you'll want to start a new post (make sure to include a description of the home or the URL so our moderators can pull in the appropriate link) with your comment. We're currently exploring ways to automate this process, though, so the work is done for you. Please let me know if you have any questions while going through the process
Unbelievable that a new 'system' for commenting was introduced without testing or workshopping how it would be accomplished. Any decent site would have given plenty of notice of the change and possibly even released a beta version for willing commenters to try out. This would have at least alerted AT to the myriad problems that the change in its current form has caused.
Thank you…I completely agree! I wanted to compliment someone on their lovely tour but couldn't find a thread for it…and, NO, there was no visible link. AT, you really messed up this one!
I really dislike this new style of commenting. Reading the discussions was probably my favorite part about AT there are lots of places to see before and after. Making the discussion about an article "difficult" is a good reason for me to leave Apartment Therapy especially since it's not as good as it used to be
