hi + help me pick out hardware!
Expert
Hi, AT community! I'm Sarah, AT's assistant editor of Home Projects, and I'm hoping you can help me with a lil project of my own:
I want to add a drawer pull to this table in my kitchen. (Fun fact, this Crate & Barrel table was actually a wedding gift someone gave to my parents about 30 yrs ago.) Somewhere along those 30 years, the OG hardware got lost, and I've been looking at empty holes on the drawers for a while.
What should I get? Something acrylic? Brass? A pop of red? LMK what you think!

@SarahEverett I feel like a pretty ceramic knob could be great here! maybe something like these painted polish pottery ceramic knobs?

@SarahEverett this is such a gorgeous table + so sentimental, too! I love Megan's idea about a ceramic option. I've always been a fan of MacKenzie-Childs knobs :)

i LOVE this corner of your kitchen. what about like round cobalt blue knobs?? it could be a nice pop of color that still ties in with the art

^ these are so fun!! Something blue would fit right in.
I really like Plank Hardware. I can picture their bobbin pull in your space. They have cobalt blue knobs, which would also look fab — good call @BlairDonovan!

ooo I'm going to be stalking this thread, as I am also looking to replace some knobs on my kitchen island!! I loveee those cobalt ones from Plank. I also always keep an eye on Anthropologie for cute, unique knobs — these knocker-style drawer pulls are so fun, though maybe not the vibe for this

I like a drawer pull with color, but something transparent might go with the lightness of the desk.
I found these on Etsy
