ISO Rental Ceiling Fixture Replacement Shades

Hi folks, I live in a pre-war rental, and these ceiling fixtures with glass shades are in every room- even the kitchen. Been searching for replacement shades or globes, but can only find complete fixtures- just need a better shade option. Would have to work with center screw/ cap hardware- distance from ceiling to shade edge is about 3.25". Looking for a more updated/ transitional (or better-looking vintage) style that gives more of a flush- or semi- flush mount look. Does this even exist?? If not, someone could make a killing inventing it! 😎
