Moving into this space

in Design Questions

I'm moving into a new apartment and feel like there are so many possibilities for arranging and maximizing the space. This is how the current tenant has it set up (see photos), but I'm looking for alternative layout ideas. Any suggestions?

    How fun about the move. Congrats! What type of furniture are you working with? Do you have a sectional or two/three seater? What kind of dining table do you have? Will you need the living room to serve dual purposes (like lounging and an office)?
