Hi Cindy! What a sweet spot. A few initial ideas after looking at your photos:

• Add a long runner to your stairs for added personality and style. I love this example from a before & after we featured. They used double-sided carpet tape to hold it down and discuss the steps needed to make it happen in the article. I think this would be a beautiful upgrade from your stair treads!
• You could also create a gallery wall moment going up your stairs. Some photos of your family with mixed in art would be so fun!
• Swap your current coat rack for something longer to give you more space to hang jackets and other items. I like this one from Article (it even has a little shelf!), but you could go for something with color to add a pop in the entryway
• What about a taller storage bench right in the entryway to give yourself more room to hide shoes and anything else you'd need on the go?
