Portable washer and dryer

Does anyone have a rec for the best portable washer and dryer for apartments? My neighbor was asking me for recommendations, and I'd never used one before. She said in Europe they're frequently used:

I got this one and have had it for 3 years and works great! The best part is the spinner to remove most of the excess water, so when air drying the clothes dry much faster!
