Show me the most unexpected place you have art!

I have only ever hung art on walls or put it on shelves, but I am thinking of branching out after seeing so many tours lately where the art is displayed in unexpected places! (I was particularly delighted by the door art from professional home stager Jason Saft's tour.) Do you have art in your home that's in an unexpected/unconventional spot? I want to see!

We've hung art on our bookcase!

It's not really "art" but it is a calendar with artful drawings of fish, trouts of North America, to be specific. It hangs over a couple of our many cat fountains and grass station in the dining room.

This is a messy picture of an old apartment, but I hated how blank the fridge was so I hung a piece of art on it! (Yes, it is bothering me how askew it is in this photo…) I think a fridge gallery wall could be so cute.

As smaller framed art or objects get lost in a larger space I often place them alone on the wall just above light switches.

This might be one of my fav art placements in my apt, above the toilet paper. Just a little reminder to thrive, while you're in the bathroom. I have other art in the bathroom too like on top of toilet and hanging on the walls. It really feels fun in here
