Clean decluttering

I live in Hud housing. I am disabled and was recently in the hospital.

Thousing authority is doing inspections in May. I'm clean but can't lift anything heavy. Any suggestions how I can get my bedroom closet cleaned out without exacerbating my underlying health issues?

No. Most of us disabled.

The maintenance will throw it in the dumpster, but they can't come into each unit to help us clean any clothes in our closet.

Privacy concerns.

Maintenance is great 👍

Only part time
