i think it is pretty entertaining. obviously the parents to be are on extreme sides of the spectrum, but hey, it's reality tv! i think big city moms can at least partially relate to these parents. plus, rosie is pretty adorable and handles these inflamed situations very well. i am impressed with her.

Please beware of home births. my dear friend's baby passed away hours after birth due to GBS. she was tested positive for strep B, yet nothing was done to prevent this absolutely unfortunate event. yet she had an OB and a midwife...

i was also tested positive for the bacteria that lives in a women's body that can be passed onto the baby. i had antibiotics hours before delivery to prevent any mortality or illness.

i am positive that there are amazing and talented midwifes out there. my sister has had an amazing experience with her first child and plans to have another home birth with her second.

i really just want to make sure that all the women planning to have their children at home are aware of all preventative complications.

please inform yourself and be cautious.

i love, love, love my serene sling. i used it from the moment he was born. it is a thick stretchy material and comes in various sizes.

http://www.serenesling.com/

i am tall and had a very large baby, so i alternated that sling with the moby wrap, which i love, love, love. he is too heavy and is destroying my back in the moby, so now i use the ergo and the serene sling.

my problem with the ergo is that he cannot face forward and see what's going on. as far as weight distribution and fit, i find this the best. it is not as cuddly as other carriers, but my back is thanking me.

i also had issues with over heating in the moby, so i used the picara baby http://picarababycarriers.com/catalog.php?item=8&catid=10&ret=catalog.php%3Fcategory%3D10 in the summer. the fabric is a lot lighter and shorter.

anyhoo, i just wanted to chime in as wearing my baby was the only option for us. he screamed otherwise. i've tried many many carriers and these are what i loved.

good luck!

i bought this (i'll try anything at this point, my kitties stink to high heaven) and am having trouble. can you recommend a proper way to use it? i just filled up a plastic spray bottle with it (and some water, of course)... and i tend to get it everywhere in the bathroom where the litter boxes are. i really, really want this to be a good solution for us!

thanks!
