CL is definitely for those with a fully functional BS detector. We sold our house to a person who responded to the pre-listing on CL-- for way over the asking price. After much deliberation, we ended up putting our flat screen TV in the fireplace. Not, not over it. IN it. It works great! All the cables are hidden, and we also put speakers back there. The components are in a console nearby. I ran cables through a baseboard-type cable thing. No drilling or other construction necessary. We never had fires anyway.
