I've used one for each of my three children. The first two: no problem. The third is such a wiggler, though, that at seven months I heard her crying in the middle of the night (barely, it was so muffled!) and came in to feed her only to find her with her head wedged completely underneath the tightly-tied bumper. It was wet enough that it was clear she'd been stuck there unable to extricate herself for several minutes, even though she can roll and get up easily on her hands and knees. Ugh, all I can think is about the greasy dust that would settle on them. Our beautiful new glass vent hood is easy to clean, but needs it almost daily. Judging from the amount of grease that settles on it I can't imagine what would collect on that (gorgeous!) fabric. Apartment Therapy ohdeedoh | How To: Cover Cabinets with Fabric |

We use the Marpac one, and have used the Conair, as well as a HEPA air filter. The HEPA filter is best, since it's pretty loud and has a very natural static-y sound, Marpac is second (not quite as loud, very small, makes a nice sound that is perfect for blotting out noise), and Conair is a distant third (although my five year old loves the crickets in the 'summer night' setting). I like the dresser/shelf combo idea (and the cool vintage dresser is great), but I think it eats up a lot of floor space. Love the room, though, and the baby fits right in! Apartment Therapy ohdeedoh | #36 - Jackson Calder's Dressing/Changing Area |

ummm, cinnamon chips and coarse sugar. No no no... pink, white, and tellicherry peppercorns and allspice. No, wait...cardamom, cinnamon chips, and chunks of vanilla sugar. I'm sure of that one! Apartment Therapy The Kitchen | Thursday Giveaway: Linden Sweden Double Grinder |

Of the collection, I really like the graphic nature of the giraffe blanket. Really, though, I love their clothes for babies! Unfortunately they only come in 0-3 and 3-6 mo sizes. Soon to be outgrown! Apartment Therapy ohdeedoh | Thursday Giveaway: Dwell Studio Zoo Bedding Collection |

I'd love the green! It's stylistically much like my sherpani purse, but just different enough that green would be a lovely compliment. Apartment Therapy ohdeedoh | Thursday Giveaway: Skip Hop Via Messenger |

In my experience, kids will eat what they eat. We make what we like and offer it to them. If you don't make a big deal out of it they eat better. Turn it into a power struggle and you're really in for it. Apartment Therapy - Jessica Seinfeld's Cookbook |

I upgraded to the Bob Revolution Duallie when we found out we're having a (surprise!) third child. It turns on a dime, is super-comfy for our 4 and 2 year olds, accommodates an infant carseat, AND our 4 year old can sit on the shelf over the front wheel if both seats are occupied and she's worn out.
