People always overestimate how many calories they burn with exercise. One hour of exercising is no one's get-out-of-fat free card. I lost 30 pounds so far and nothing worked like cutting out soda, desserts and starchy carbs. And portion control. It's so hard to make the change but it's worth it! i made those strawberry yogurt pretzels with this recipe two days ago. Boy do I wish I had read the comments. They were terrible! What a fraudulent picture because I can guarantee that whoever photographed those pretzels did not make them with the recipe posted. What a joke.
