I agree with TheGingerPennyPincher. Although it's nice to see great ideas like this, all of them look to be custom, pricey, or involve significant renovation. It would be nice to see some ideas that are a little easier or cheaper to implement. 15 Hideaway Storage Ideas for Small Spaces |

Late to the party on this one, but make. It's easy to roast some incredibly good coffee and you can buy green in bulk for a great price. Specialty etailers like Sweet Maria's are fantastic for providing cupping reviews, no fail blends, and roasting advice. We've done plenty of roasting with nothing more than a wooden spoon, stainless steel bowl, and a heat gun. Make or Buy? Roasted Coffee Beans |

I agree. It looks like many other consoles out there and the combo of reclaimed wood & steel is far from unique right now. Collections Media Console by Sawyer DeVuyst Design Showcase 2011 |

It's ugly, looks uncomfortable, and doesn't look easy to clean at all. The explanation is horrible too. The concept of having a child size toilet seat incorporated in is interesting, but this design just doesn't seem successful to me. Pick one and move on. It's overpriced dinnerware, not Sophie's Choice. I will say that as the mother of 2 boys, I think I'd be "investing" in Corelle rather than Heath if the birth of your son is precipitating a change in your dishes. Perhaps I'm just unlucky and have particularly destructive kids who would grab whatever plate they want, but my nice china has been packed up since they were born. I didn't hesitate to get rid of my everyday dishes, which were wedding gifts, for something I liked better. Would You Sell One Treasure to Buy Another? |

A little too minimalist for my taste and I'm not a fan of panties as decor, BUT the big Totoro and the fantastic furniture won me over. Nice use of wood to warm the space & I love the bench with hairpin legs. If I were to do minimalist, this is the way I'd want it done. Jesse & Lucas' Simply Stylish Home + Studio House Tour |

I bought a nice cream colored wool rug. Huge mistake. It always looked dirty and my dog's hair showed up all over it. I vacuum at least 2-3 times per week. Often, it's daily. That stupid rug looked nasty within half a day. My navy & burgundy kashan, however, goes with everything and always looks fantastic. It was great when I had a light haired dog and with my current black haired one. It's been in my living room, bedroom, and dining room and worked with everything. After almost a decade, I still love it. Even the tradition cream floral rug or the runner that I have manages to look nice for five times longer than the plain one. The Case for Neutral Area Rugs |
