I agree the key to good scrambled eggs is to go slow, but 30 minutes is ridiculous. My grandmother's recipe calls for plenty of butter and scrambling the eggs too soon. They are fluffy beyond belief... not mushy and wet like the ones pictured. Uck.

I only do it on rare occasions because I'd much rather have over easy or poached.

I echo the comments that this is less homey and common. What an uninspired logo. Sorry, but I'll likely be going to Pinterest first for my food inspiration now.

Can't believe I'm suggesting this, but I think a mirror with no frame, like in bathrooms would be perfect and would allow you to put some more ornate accessories on the mantle.
