i like to saute a little red onion and garlic in the pot before adding the quinoa and broth. yum! You can also substitute a can of diced tomatoes for some of the liquid. So yummy! I find it hard to get rid of crafting things and stuff that I may or may not use "someday". I used to be a hoarder of books, but I have gotten loads better about them.
