That's challenging. Here are two options - and note that your exact mix of clothing is really going to impact your choices.

1) Put shelving across the bottom with pull-out drawers or baskets. This leaves inaccessible gaps on the right and left. On one side put in open shelving facing towards the middle of the closet. On the other, mount the pole higher and run in all the way to the wall. Use the inaccessible space for seasonal items or very long garments. Depending on the depth of the closet you may be able to put a high shelf above the pole for more out of season storage.

2) Mount short poles from the front wall into the back wall at two heights on each side, creating mini-closets. In the middle of the closet, now open, run a narrow strip of shelves from floor to ceiling. Again, if space permits add a high-mounted shelf for out of season storage. I'm not sure this is optimal, but you seem to have a relatively deep closet that could make this work if you have a lot of hanging items that you need to keep separated from each other and less required drawer space.
