Thats the only thing I miss about printed news. Once you have published - its done... any mistakes made would have to be acknowledged. Yeah, go to lowes or home depot. I am sure that is what the Seattle Public Library did ((sarcasm)). Honestly, finding a paint like this would prove to be rather difficult ... home depot and lowes just don't have such bright pigments. They will be the first to tell you that.
