@LacyD: in my experience, i can usually taste a hint of coconut when i'm using the oil in something like a stir fry, but never taste the coconut when using it a fat-replacement in a baked good.

i dream of having a $1000 dishwasher and not having to re-clean 1/4 of the dishes that come out after the cyle is done. i am going to search for that brand on my local craigslist now!! thanks for the idea.
on a side note, is it a cheap dishwasher feature to not clean 100%? does everyone really notice a difference when upgrading this appliance?

straining for greek yogurt definitely reduces the amount of yogurt in half, in my experience.
