I've been eating this sandwich since I was three years old: Kaiser roll split in half, then a small handful of Kosher Dill pickles, white american cheese, thinly sliced Virginia ham, plain potato chips, then place the other half of the roll on top and squish.
Almost everyone that's seen me eat this sandwich thinks it's weird... until they try it!

My daughter is Emily Elizabeth. Emily after my great-grandmother and Elizabeth, what my mother wanted to name me (after the bible character).

Didn't realize it's also the name of the girl from the Clifford books until my daughter was a couple months old. Oops!
