i've used greenerprinter.com and my business cards turned out great. everything can be done online: ordering, sending pdf proofs, designing, even creating a mailing list. and they have a lot of paper options: post-consumer, recycled, FSC certified. as for the price, not cheap, but fairly on par with other non-green printers.

Energy Star is a great resource to find what's available in your city. Type in your zip code and they will give you a list of local rebates from utility companies to appliance manufacturers. They also break down the federal tax credits for you.
