I've had a love for Heath Ceramics for years but have never been able to afford anything of my own. It's so beautiful in its simplicity and elegance. I would use the dutch oven to make an Armenian apricot soup recipe that I've been wanting to try. The roasting pan I would use for a millet bake recipe that looks scrumptious as well as for roasting root vegetables fresh from the farmers market. The color is wonderful and reminds me of the Caribbean sea so I would have to make a fish dish with some spices I've been saving from St.John in the grill skillet. Joe's design made me giggle. It would be fun to have a laugh every time I pick up my grocery bag and head to the farmers market. Being in the kitchen is usually a fun and relaxing experience for me so maybe the bag should reflect that. He's design is really clever but I wish luck to everyone!
