Pecan Balls 1 c. butter 1/2 c. sugar 2 c. flour 2 c. chopped pecans Combine and freeze for 20 minutes. Roll into balls and refrigerate again for 10 minutes or so until firm. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes. The tops will look like they're not done but check the bottoms; they are. Let cool and roll in powdered sugar. Yes! My husband is also a partial stay at home dad (he works some evenings) and is super involved with our 3 month old son. I answered other. I work full-time from 8 to 4 and my husband works part-time (Thursday night, Saturday and Sunday) and goes to school part-time (Monday and Wednesday night) so he takes care of our 3 month old during the day and I take care of him nights and weekends. My parents are thrilled to take care of him when our jobs overlap. Colleen And this is my first time commenting here, I love your site! Tons of helpful information!
