Hello! I love the desk! Where is it from? Anyone know?

Who makes the bed? Is it Armani or Ralph Lauren? I like poster beds with a headboard. Any suggestions on where to find one like in the photo?

I have that rod. I love it. When I am in the shower I no longer feel claustrophobic. However, you really have to play with the height. In my tiny bathroom, I had to have someone hold the rod and move it around. Too low and it gets in the way of me standing in front of the medicine cabinet. It would stick out too far. So. I moved it higher. It does give the illusion of space.

Oh, there is an odd tension thing. Every once in a while I've noticed the screws have come loose on the underside of the wall bracket (not the ones that connect it to the wall). I just tighten them up.

I designed my kitchen and it is the only room in my house that feels right. I suggest you pick three color elements. In my kitchen I choose stainless steal, oak cabinets and flooring, and black. White is a nuetral. So, you have your wood cabinets and a white counter top. So, use the floor, walls, and backsplash to introduce the third color/element. What color are your appliances? Are they all white? Are they stainless with black detailing?Just something to think about.

I have an old bathroom with a wall mounted soap dish that fills with water. I never put soap there. I put beach stones there recently and I like it. I'm kind of afraid they'll fall and crack the tub enamel, but so far no land slide. It adds an artistic element to a useless object. I wash them now and then.

Is it better than the Moen Revolution massaging shower head? I'm looking for a new shower head. Has anybody tried both?

Knock down that wall and put in a counter that runs the full lenght of the old wall. Make it deep enough to have a bookshelf on the living room side, but storage on the kitchen side if you can. Draw a plan out of the redo incorporating both rooms. But first, how do you really cook? For a month, before you do a thing, study how you cook. And write down the things you love and hate about your current kitchen. Then make a kitchen plan. That way your kitchen won't just be pretty. It will work.

The table looks like one I bought at ABC in NYC, cheaper. I believe they carry a very similar line under the name EthniCraft on the 2nd floor. The line is oak and teak. Check it out.

I'd vote for rugs. Don't paint the floor. How about sisial or area rugs. Use the floor as a focal point, instead of something to hide.

I think you need a rug. I have a similar situation. My room works, but something is missing. A rug could anchor the accent color or the main color. It can add texture too. Go for a rug. I really like the West Elm rugs this year, but don't know anything about how they stand up over time.

I ordered this bed. They sent the wrong center support rail 2 times. They didn't charge me, but I never got the right length support rail. My bed is supported by books. They are also an eco company, but I found their shipping of all that wood very un-eco. They also sent me an extra set of headboards!?! However, the bed is very pretty. When I'm sick, the headboards are great to stack pillows against to read or find a comfortable position.

I am now solo and I haven't been able to take back my space. I need help in every room, but I guess the linen closet is really just a junk stash. I open the door a throw things in. It's really big and I have no idea what's living in there.

I don't know how to remove the smell, but could you share your bacon tenderlion recipe. My mouth is watering. I have a similar problem with smells. My goal is to add a door.

I don't know who is responsible, but I have a good cheap solution. See if you can get your super to install a thermostatic radiator valve. Some will allow you to set the temperature of the radiator. I think they are about $90.
