I have a friend who sends thank you cards to her guests after she hosts a fabulous party for them. Now that's graciousness! It actually inspired me to be a better guest and to send thank you cards in the mail to hosts who put a lot of work into a gathering. It guarantees that you'll be invited back too! I made this with bacon and it was delicious! Disappeared within a few minutes at an Easter brunch party. I cooked the bacon in the microwave first, then sprinkled little pieces on top.
