Not to mention that most people that do it like this, end up making it a full time job, when you could easily work another job instead and earn more money than they are saving and then buy the things that you need, I know you're not taking advantage of a company but you'd have more money left over and you wouldn't be wasting so much and taking advantage of the environment and other things too. I will agree, it is quite boring, it's just another setup that relies heavily on Apple and other technical components and their design rather than the persons individual design, all he did was put it together, I can't complain though, my desk is just as boring to be honest. As posted on gizmodo the other day, this is probably a really bad fire risk, I wouldn't recommend anyone else doing this in my opinion:- 90 Square Feet Covered in Ping Pong Balls Fast Company |

I'm confused, why would you want to cover your tv, they're usually the best looking things in most places and surely covering it only brings more attention to it and doesn't take it away, it's still there. Hiding the TV in Plain Sight: Test Pattern TV Cover |

I don't think I could take my laptop into the bathroom for long periods of time, especially not while showering, if sweat from your hands can get into your cell phone and ruin it, I would hate to think what this could do to my laptop. What Tech Do You Use Before Breakfast? |

I have the same model as some of the people above too, a previous model, which I actually prefer, there seems to be a lot more options over this new one, including the ability to change the brightness or intensity of it, unless I've missed something. Philips goLITE BLU Unplggd Test Lab |

Apple stuff is not overprice, I'm not an Apple apologist or anything but they're really not, they do have some restrictions though but it's just a matter of whether its what you want or not. Tech Wants: Managing Your Desires Within A Budget |

I think it's okay but if you're going to do this, why not just send them an email instead, it doesn't sound very personal but that's the point, a typed thank you message wouldn't sound any more personal either. Tech Etiquette: Is it OK to Type Thank-You Notes? |

I would love to do this with an iPad or something similar but I'd never do it with a cell phone because of the health risks, proven or not, it sounds like a pretty obvious thing that you would want to avoid, especially having it right next to you and your head at night, all night long and every night too. This is why I have always avoided doing this. Why 83 Percent of Millennials Sleep with their Phones |
